Manchester Hair and Makeup Artist

My Story
I’ve been working in hair and makeup for over 10 years, mainly focusing on weddings and events. It’s a job I genuinely love, not just for the creative side but because I get to work closely with people during some really meaningful moments.
The idea of bridal hair and makeup first stuck with me when I was bridesmaid at my parent's wedding back in 2012. Experiencing the getting-ready part of the day made something click. It wasn’t about making people look totally different, it was about helping them feel good, calm, and like themselves. That idea stuck with me.
Education
When I finished school, I went straight into a hair and makeup course at college where I learned all the basics of makeup application and hygiene, I then carried on studying 'Media Makeup for Fashion' at Salford University. Not long after, I joined Charlotte Tilbury when it was still an up-and-coming brand and spent over 8 years there. It played a huge part in shaping how I work, especially when it comes to creating modern, natural looks that feel fresh but not overdone.
Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of brides and clients and I’m forever learning. I’ve recently done hands-on training with industry experts like WedLocks, Hair by Hannah Taylor and Jasmine Eve Makeup, and I’m always looking to keep my work up to date and relevant.

Me
When I’m not working, I’m probably travelling, finding new food spots, lifting weights, or deep cleaning my house (seriously, it’s my weird version of relaxing). I live with my boyfriend and our black cat, Betty, who has us both wrapped around her little paw.

You
Over the years, one thing I’ve learned is that there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to hair and makeup; everyone has their own style and my job is to work with that, not against it. I want you to feel comfortable, confident, and like yourself, just with a bit of extra polish. If you're starting to plan your wedding or event, I'd love to hear more and help bring your ideas to life.
